INSURANCE COVERAGE IN CAR RENTAL
DRIVE Plus Car Rentals® customers are insured for third parties’ personal injuries and property damage, in accordance with the country’s applicable law and for the amount it lays down, even in car rentals without credit card.
The customer has the option to choose to be insured at an additional charge (depending on the car category) with Mixed Safety (CDW), which means the customer is exempted from compensation for damage, other than €500 deductible amount – (amount of disbursement per car hire).
Further to the above insurance coverage, the DRIVE Plus Car Rentals® customer can choose the Super Cover, which does not have any deductible amount at an extra cost after consulting with the company.
Additional (optional) insurance for theft (TPI) which exonerates the customer from having to pay the insured value of the stolen car to the company, in all car rental contracts in Athens and elsewhere, where Drive Plus maintains branches or affiliated companies in terms of car rental.
When renting a car by the month, all insurance coverage is provided at special rates, in agreement with the company.
